Yes. When you book a time slot, the entire unit is exclusively yours. You won’t see another customer. Our smart lock system ensures only you can access the unit during your session.
Your code is yours. Everyone who uses the trailer needs to be booked, paid, and on a waiver, so please don’t pass it around.
The cold plunge is set to 39°F — cold enough to get the full benefits of cold exposure.
The Clearlight Sanctuary C infrared sauna reaches up to 170°F with full spectrum infrared heat.
The plunge runs continuous recirculation through a 35 square foot commercial cartridge filter with ozone disinfection, turning the full volume over roughly every 15 minutes. And you’re never sharing it mid-session, because the trailer is yours alone while you’re in it.
Cold plunge therapy is generally safe for healthy adults. However, we recommend consulting your physician before use, especially if you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. All users sign a liability waiver and facility agreement before their first session. Eligibility requirements are confirmed at booking.
18 and up to book and use the facility on your own. Anyone 16 or 17 may use it only with a parent or guardian who has signed their waiver and who stays with them for the entire session. Under 16, no.
No glass, no alcohol, no anything illegal, no pets, no open flames. And if you’re shooting content in there for anything commercial, just ask us first.
We’re parked full time in Landrum, SC. Same spot, seven days a week. You get the exact address and your door code when you book.

$25 for a full 45 minutes, one per person. It’s the whole thing, not a tour. If you like it, a membership is $80 and gets you 30 minutes a day, every day. It pays for itself on your third visit.
Three lengths: 30-minute Quick Session ($30), 45-minute Contrast Session ($40), and the 90-minute Long One ($75). First-timers get 45 minutes for $25. Need a little more time? Add 15 minutes to any session for $10, up to twice.
Two, and both are on a Back to School rate right now. Solo Unlimited is $60 a month, normally $80. Duo Unlimited is $90 a month for two adults at the same address, normally $120. Both include one 30-minute contrast session per day, every day — a sauna round, a plunge, another round, out the door. Want longer? Add 15 minutes for $10 when you book, up to twice.

Two adults living at the same address. Spouse, partner, roommate, whoever’s under your roof. You each get your own booking profile and sign your own waiver, so we always know who’s in the trailer.
Come together or come separately, doesn’t matter. Anyone who doesn’t live with you is a buddy at $15 a session.
Cancel more than 24 hours out and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours it’s non-refundable, but we’ll reschedule you once if we’ve got the room. No-shows forfeit the session.
Your door code works for your booked window only, and you need to be there inside the first 10 minutes. Later than that and the session’s forfeit, because the next booking is right behind you. Running behind? Text us and we’ll do what we can.
We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Landrum, SC, including Tryon, Campobello, Spartanburg, Greenville, and surrounding areas.
Delivery is free within 20 miles of Landrum. Beyond that, fees are tiered by distance.
You’ll need a level surface that can accommodate our 8.5’ × 18’ trailer, plus room for safe access and setup.
A standard garden hose connection is needed for the initial fill. We handle the rest.
We’ll confirm power requirements during booking. We handle all the logistics.
The sauna comfortably fits 4 people; the cold plunge is single-occupancy, one at a time. For larger events, guests rotate through.
We require a minimum of 3 days notice. For weekends, weddings, and events, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before your event.
Cancel with 7 days notice for a full refund. We also offer full refunds for weather-related cancellations — we always err on the side of the customer.
Standard rentals are self-service after we set up and orient you. An on-site attendant is available as a paid add-on, and is included for corporate events and weddings.
